Return, Refund & Cancellation Policy

At ESCTDL, we operate as a voluntary, community-driven digital platform. Our financial structure relies on the commitment and integrity of our members. As such, we maintain a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy for all standard contributions, with limited exceptions for technical errors.

1. General No Refund Policy

All payments made to ESCTDL—including but not limited to registration charges, monthly contributions, and emergency support funds—are final. These funds are immediately utilized for community purposes or allocated to specific trust activities; therefore, we do not offer refunds on voluntary contributions once processed.

2. Cancellation of Membership

Members are free to cancel their membership or stop contributing at any time. However, cancellation does not generate a refund for any previous payments or contributions made up to the date of cancellation. Upon cancellation, your access to member-exclusive benefits will cease immediately or at the end of the current billing cycle, as applicable.

3. Exceptions for Technical Errors (Refund Eligible)

While standard contributions are non-refundable, we understand that technical mishaps can occur. Refunds will only be initiated under the following specific circumstances:
